SMS/Text Message Communications
Guardian Visibility may send SMS (text) messages to users who have provided their phone number and consented to receive such communications. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Guardian Visibility.

Opting Out of SMS Messages
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Guardian Visibility unless you opt back in. Please note that opting out of SMS messages will not affect other communications from us, such as email notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Data Ownership
Guardian Visibility believes carriers should own their data. The tracking data generated by devices installed on your trailers belongs to you. You have the right to access, download, and use your trip data. We provide tools to export your data and maintain your ownership rights.

We have implemented physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, alteration, theft, unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention

Trip and sensor data is retained for a minimum of 90 days to support claims resolution and compliance requirements. You may request deletion of your data subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.
